Who we are

Q-Check is a time-attendance app operated by IQURI Tech (“we”, “us”). Companies use Q-Check and the IQURI web dashboard to record attendance, overtime and leave for their staff. Your account is created by your employer or, for a company administrator, through “Register your business” in the app.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, work email, username, phone number (if given), your company, role and a securely hashed password.
• Employment details provided by your employer: employee code, department, position, manager and start date.
• Attendance records: check-in and check-out times, and your location at the moment you check in or out, to confirm you are at an approved work location. We do not track your location in the background.
• Requests you submit: overtime, time-off and leave requests, including any photos you choose to attach. The camera and photo library are only used when you add evidence to a request.
• Device information: a per-install device identifier, device name, operating system and app version. Q-Check allows one signed-in phone per account, and uses this to enforce it.
• Notifications: a push notification token, so we can send you reminders and request updates.

How we use it

• To provide attendance, overtime and leave features to you and your employer.
• To keep your account secure (sign-in, one-device protection, password reset).
• To send notifications and service emails, such as approval or password-reset emails.

We do not sell your information, show advertising, or use your data to track you across other apps or websites.

Who we share it with

• Your employer — the company that manages your account can see your attendance, requests and profile, as needed to run its HR processes.
• Service providers that run the service on our behalf: cloud hosting and storage, email delivery, and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications.
• Authorities, when we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. When an account is deleted, your login details and personal profile information are erased. Attendance, overtime and leave records belong to your employer's employment records and may be kept, together with your name so your employer can identify them, for as long as your employer is legally required to keep them.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the Q-Check app: open Settings → Delete account and confirm with your password. This permanently removes your sign-in details, personal profile, linked devices and notification tokens, and signs you out everywhere. Your name remains on your employer's attendance and request records. You can also ask us to delete it by emailing jonud.xymt@iquritech.com.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update much of your profile in the app. You can turn off location, camera, photo and notification permissions in your phone's settings at any time — check-in requires location permission while you check in. To access, correct or delete other information, contact your employer or us.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and access is limited by role. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Q-Check is a workplace tool and is not intended for anyone under 16.
